Stephen King's short stories

Jerusalem's Lot: a great story. you just read the letters from Charles Boone, which makes reading it feel like your sneaking arround. Charles just moved in his late cousin's house with his butler. the house is not what it seems to be. an empty town just a view miles away, worms in the wall and something in the basement. I dont wanna tell you to much or the myster is gone, I will tell you the last page hit me like a cold shower. don't mix this short story up with Salems Lot.. its a follow up book from this story and  not even that much alike.

Graveyard Shift: A young drifter named Hall has been working at a decrepit textile mill in a small town in Maine when his boss, a cruel taskmaster, recruits him and others to assist with a massive cleaning effort. The basement of the old mill has been abandoned for decades, and over the years, a monumental infestation of rats has taken hold. This rat empire, cut off from the rest of nature, has allowed the animals to evolve into a strange and varied combination of creatures. this short story is creepy.. creepy because even if nothing happens you feel that somethings wrong. lovely story that grabs you and makes you read it till the end.
