the car was driven by an 38 year old Dutch man. who lost his job a month ago he cant pay for his house anymore and was desperate... its also clear this wasnt an accident.

BBC NEWS: A car has ploughed into a parade that included Queen Beatrix and the Dutch royal family on the national Queen's Day holiday. Unconfirmed reports said the driver deliberately tried to ram an open bus carrying Queen Beatrix, but missed. It is thought that several spectators watching the procession through Apeldoorn were hurt when the car was driven into the crowd before hitting a statue called 'The Needle'.
