it's 8:27 in the morning and I'm in the wrong train! well the wrong part of the train. they are going to split the train in Utrecht in 2, 1 part Rotterdam the other to The Hague (Den Haag). I have to go to The Hague but I think I'm in Rotterdam. oh well.. I'll see in Utrecht.

can you see my train loves me? and I'm in the right part! well now it's waiting till I'm in The Hague. well in The Hague things got a bit complicated, I had to go with tram 17.. only where are the trams? I walked outside, spotted one and followed where it went. there I saw tram 17 just leaving but with the wrong name on it O_O after a while I figured out I was on the wrong platform -_- when I was on the right one I was at the right place in about half an hour. or was I? well.. almost. I had no idea where the building was..  I found a parking garage and then my rescuer! an elderly man with a cane, I asked him if he knew where it was, he did an I walked with him to the place which is known as Darlin Market or Expo Rijswijk, the arrows to it say Beurshal Haaglanden and inside they call it Broodfabriek... see why I had trouble? anyway I walked allong with this nice man until 2 women called us from behind. one of them had a cheap ticket (5,- insted of 6,50) and I could buy it of her... great start of the day! anyway the 2 women also walked allong with us. when I noticed I said to the man 'well your wife's gonna be surprised you went to park the car and now your walking back with 3 ladies' the man started laughing and said 'oh.. those things just happen' brilliant! anyway our ways parted when we where inside and after a lot of shopping and spending this is what I bought:

holiday on ice

yep we went to holiday on ice today. without gran, cause she said 'no' about 50 times till we ordered the tickets then she forgot she said no.onlywe had to go in mums taxi service.. so we where there 2 hours before the show started O_O and we wern't even the first ones there!! wich shocked me even more to be honest. after a long boring wait me and mum where finally at our seats where she started to nag she wanted a hotdog... why?? I didn't eat from when I had my lunch at 12:00. mum had a sandwich with her cause she takes meds arround 1:00 so she ate an hour after me.. before the show started she ate anouther sandwich (wich should be saving for the ride back if it got too late) I didn't got her a hotdog.. she can survive without.

the show was great btw! much better then the last one.

only we had the afternoon show.. so lots of kids:

the boy behind us: was a little scared cause he had no idea what was going to happen. (he was arround 3-4) but he was very sweet, his father on the other hand... they wanted to go for a walk before the show started. the boy jumpe every step of the stairs. when a little boy does that it's so cute... when father did the same it was terrifying O_O the whole stairs made such a big noise that everyone thought someone fell off it. then he showed his son the ice, which is fine. then he sat on the edge, which is worrying. then he let his son touch the ice!! how much of an idiot is he?? first basic parent stuff: don't touch fire, don't touch th stove, don't touch the heater, don't touch ice cause YOU CAN GET STUCK!! and this idiot wanted him to touch the ice.. if his little hand would get stuck to the ice he would have officely been one of the worst parents I ever saw. thank goodness the people from the icehall where smarter and told him to get away, then a security man explained how dumb he was... he looked pretty ashamed. better ashamed then a crying child if you ask me..

the boy before me: asked 'can we go home?' the first time the lights went out. he was a bit annoying but after a harsh word from his gran he sat still.. untill an upbeat song started and he started to dance sitting down on his chair.. gran got annoyed and told him to stop it. poor kid... he was finally enjoying the show...

on the first row (we where on the 3th) a father told his daughter (arround 12 years old) he was talking to her mother so she should wait. while he was doing that he gave a soft tap on the girls knee... she reacted by slapping him full in the face! father couln't really say anyrhing about it with all those people watching and mother... mother was laughing and saying it was kinda his fault O_O hell I almost told her off and I don't even know the little bitch! 

sunday

living statues!!! yes it's that time a year again. I've made lot's of pic's today.. better ones then last year in my opinion. ill give you the link when there all on Flickr! oh and something happend! mum was in her electric scooter and fell down! I didnt see it but Iheard the *BHAWM* sound. there where lot's of people about so there where plenty to pick her up again.. I was just trying not to laugh to be honest hehe. oh well that was the fun thing of the day! after walking non stop from 12:00 till about 4:15 and a special taxi drive I was so tired.. but wait thats not all! after dinner we had to get changed and visite some people.. how nice after that gran (who was also there) asked if we went with her to eat som cake.. crap so from there I had to ride my bike back, grab Kelso and walk to gran. it was about 11:30 at night when we where finally back at home pffff what a day!

weekend

saturday I took Kelso for a very very long walk  -really after all that walking yesterday?-  yep! and well that was saturday... but don't worry im typing sunday too.. grey crazy culture in the centrer of town sunday. mum and me went there to check out the culture sunday... it started with a little flea market where I found 2 books: a Stephen King one and one with very old kids stories (those stories are evil lol). then we walked further till we found the place where culture would burst everywhere... wait where is it? there where 4 stands spread out for kids. so we walked further till we where near the old church.. there we heard thing's like: 'BURNING THE PAGES ARE BURNING I MUST TURN THE PAGE OW OW' and 'A BIG FAT CREEPY SPIDER WITH LONG HAIRS ON HIS LEGS...' turns out there where ppl talking about it to little kids O_O if it was my kid I would have closed it's ears... that woman most be insane. kids will never touch a book or get over there fear of spiders... what a crazy bitch!

we moved on and saw people with drums.. sounded great till one stood so close I thought there would drip blood out of my ears. walking away from that we saw people dressed up and with masks. in the program they said there would be a piece from Shakespeare. so it would make sence that would be preformed there, but this is what we saw: 2 men where drumming, about 4 dressed in black just creeping all over the place, 2 tall men with skull masks and a thing they use in construction placed to go up with a figure in red on it. there where also men dressed as butler's from the year 1700 walking arround with a small ladder... I was laughing so hard at this point I was crying. it didn't even make a little bit of sence! worst thing was the rest of the people watching where serieus! maybe they didn't wanted to be caught laughing because it was culture..

anyway back to the show.. the 2 men stood still on there ladders, the other 2 stopped drumming and 2 clown came on.. they did an act and then 1 of the clowns touched everyone and they sort of woke up (to be honest the act they did was so old it wasnt a surprice they had to wake them all up again) them 4 men (seems like they where all men) a bit to heavy pretending to be butterflies of some kind where flapping arround and the red figure went in the air and that's it. I dried my eyes and said it was the greatset thing ever! not much later we saw a women letting a balloon in the air for her son.. under a tree.while she looked up surprised to see the tree and her little boy crying mum said 'now I understand that show what culture.. thats the best they can do for these kinds of idiots'. so I started to laugh again.. poor little boy tho and poor mum! the whishing-baloons where for charity and 2,- each, charity loves dummies!

anyway there wasn't much to do anywhere else so we walked back. there we saw 3 silver/black angels reading a piece of a story from a book. well I hardly know anything from the dear man but I could undertand that was Shakespeare! 2 angels where nice enough to turn to me for a pic... but I guess them being angels and all they had to be nice. oh I almost forgot! during the.. culture show (I dunno what else to call it) there was a small white dog so scared! shaking and hiding, that poor dog was skipping now, so happy he was gone from the madness.. makes you think: even a dog didn't like it... well that's it. im gonne go back next year hopig they do another show. I'm already feeling happiness bubbeling up knowing I can laugh at them again.  

monday part II

after I called down (finally) I started thinking he didnt even got it out of the box. so we went on cam and he opened his prez, a zombie walking hand! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET-wvTMgmeI isnt that cool? Eric liked it ^_^ me rulez. Ialso gave him the DVD Midnight Meat Train but that was just extra. I got Reservoir Dogs, Bad Santa and the whole Viva La Bam series!! great isnt it? so it all turned out okay :)

goooood morning angels! it's 7:28 and im in a train, think thats early? I woke up at 5:50 to be on time fo the 7:08 bus. I was on time... the bus wasnt! it showed up at 7:12, only 3 minutes but if you wanna catch a train 3 minutes is almost as long as a week! but as you might have figured out I was on time. facing the wrong way and with a small window but on time... things are looking up now. I see the first glips of dawn but it's still rainy outside. the rain is th reason I didnt bring my camera, pic's would be rainy and the camera would get wet.

oh well.. after 3 trains im finally almost there. it's sunny now but I see dark clouds again :( it's 10:53 right now and I wont be there till 11:25 well th station that is, at the station ill be in a bus for an half hour or so.

and who was there at the busstop when I had to get out? ERIC! we went his house where I met his lovely (well to me lol) mother, cute chi Duco and his cat Gizmo.. who was a bit scared lol poor thing. after tour and lunch we where on our way again an after a view hickups we ended up a the right place... Jackass 3D!! it's a great movie. after the movie we got back on the bus to take the next train. Eric got ou on his stop and I got 2 more trains to go. but we got the first train earlier and now im 40 minutes fast! so I was on time for the last bus so early I had to wait in the cold midnight air for 20 minutes. (oh well better then walking 2 hours home) so I was home arround midnight.

extra thing: afte Eric left th train a mum and 13/14 year old girl sat behind me and started to talk about her schoolproblems.

1: it's annoying

2: a train isnt the right place

3: if I was that kid (or mum) I wouln't discuss it in a train

at one point the girl said somany times: 'it's not pleasant feeling all these emotions' that I wanted to get over there and scream: just wear black, be emo and get it over with!!'

... anyway... lets start at the beginning shall we?

well the big adventure started in the morning, in the train there was a guy arround early 20 but younger then me. when he came in he started talking to 2 old ladies he didnt knew. I kow it just should have been nice, but I didnt trust it at all. there where 2 girl his age he could talk to.. why go to the old ladies? anyway my weird mind was right! he ws riding without a ticket. so he had to pay a ticket almost double as expensive as a 'normal' ticket and he's gonna get a ticket (u know a police one) at home. that dumb guy...

on the station (after 26 minutes) we found each other! lol he had 2 workmates with him but they went there own way (thank god). and well there we where walking with the crouwd, taking pic's having a good time! the ships where unbelieveble! I never ever ever saw so many flags in one place! the weather was great, the sun was shining. perfect day!

but all days have to come to an end... sadly,,, I did get a Dumbo stuffed animal from him YAY! this may sound a lil offencive but in my world its fine. then in the train, all allone again. well not really it was crouded and I had to stand for the first 50 minutes or so. after that I called Eric to check if he's in the right train (don't ask) then mum I was comming home and fell asleep. nuthing better then sleeping in a train. well after I was back in my own lil town I picked up some french fries and a hamburger to eat at home... lovely.

saturday

I went to the zoo today!it was fun, and when I was there they had the Elephant Parade elephants! so I was happy. there where 75 big and 75 small ones and I got almost all of them.

when we got back arround 1:30 at night my luck changed. Kelso had eaten to much and became sick... it came out everywhere and anywhere O_O so I woke up mum to sit with him and catch all the sickies in  bag while I was cleaning. im still happe I didnt say 'brb' to Eric cause it took me over an hour to clean everything!

I saw the Elephant Parade!!

I went to the Zoo in Emmen and before I was there I saw it.. ELEPHANTS!! the Elephant Parade was there.. I was happy. they where spread in the town and the Zoo so I took pic's of all of them. if you dont know Elephant parade are statues & figurines of differend painted elephant. buying them means money to help elephants and little elephant orphans, for more information see there site: http://www.elephantparade.com/. mom got me a Spider-man Elephant!! its a limited edition. number 14 of 250. so he's gonne be displaid in a very save place (no idea where yet) but here he is: 

living statues!!!

today was the day! we went to Borne in Overijssel where there where over 50 living statues. how awesome?? there was a contest who would be the best living statue so there where lots of pro statues. I took so many pics hehe the youngest I saw was a little pirate, the boy was only 9 years old and he was so good!! it was a hot day today so all the respect to the ppl who where so dressed up and standing still in the sun. and theres a Dutch comedian called Herman Finkers who writes with his brother (who also appears in some of his shows) Wilfried Finkers. he was there as a judge for the statues and he almost tripped over the front weel of my mums electric scooter, I laughed my head of. mum didnt realise who it was... when I explained we had a good laugh about that hehe. another funny thing (well I found it funny) was that one statue was Jack Sparrow! all the kids where 'oh look a pirate' all the fathers said 'yes, its a pirate' but only the mums answered 'ooooh look Jack Sparrow!' hehe. overall it was a lovely day, so much sun I even got a tan, well Im always tan so now im...browner? well you understand. im a bit sleepy Ive walked non-stop from 1:15 till 3:55 but it was sooo worth it!!

THE ENGLAND WEEK

friday: well im here.. wasnt nervous at all yesterday. the scariest moment off flying was when the doors opened and I could hear the engine.. weird enough was that just 1 sec I was like 'wtf am I doing??' but after that I was as calm as I have been all day. the B&B looks awesome and its great too be here! I dont wanna leave!! well im in Robbie's shop right now, did some shopping earlier. got a lil Paddington bear in a suitcase, some badges off Garfield & The Beatles and a fridge magnet for mum with an Austin painted like the UK flag (nice stereotyping there for ya). well made some pic's but ill put them all on photobucket when I get back. (see below)
saturday: I spend all day in Robbie's shop planing the days too London (the buslines are a mystery for everyone there) im still laughing at the pink busses they remind me off Bunny. in the B&B I watched some south park. I luv that everything is without subtitles!!
sunday: this morning I took a bunch off pics. and with all that walking arround taking pics I found by accident the bus that can take me too London!! right now im on the edge off a buisness park with a birdie keeping me company LoL. mum called today, here weird friend Saskia is freaking her out about all the bad stuff that can happen.. its madness! madness I tell ya!! anyway im just gonne walk arround and make some more pic's its lovely weather right now. cloudy but nice. in the afternoon Robbie took me too meet his mum and have lunch? dinner? well a meal there lol. she's a sweet woman with a cue doggy hehe. after that Robbie and me went too see a movie (I always wanted too see a movie in a cinema without subtitles) so we saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. it was a sweet movie, not the best movie ever but worth watching.
monday: my mobile.. got lost. yea if things go too well something goes wrong, I must have lost it at the cinema.. but too make a long story short: Robbie was nice enough too call the cinema but it wasnt there.. I bought a new phone in the Galleria, called mum too block my number and im waiting for a new phone (its being sent too me). but after that drama... LONDON BABY!! yep I made it too London and what a great place it is. I started with Buckingham palace and then... I got a bit lost. walked back up too Victoria were a guy told me about an hope-on-hop-off-bus that stops over 80 places all over London. so I went on that bus and saw everything! Seeing Big Ben was weird.. its not even that big if u stand in front off it (dont get me wrong its still huuuuuge). its weird but sitting on that bus made me sleeper then all that walking did. but after seeing all that stuff I only knew the bus too the b&b was stopping at Victoria. I could have taken the Tube, but allone in London by night the only think I knew for sure was that bus. so I got off the hop-bus an started walking.. after 10 minutes I found the busstop! so after 2 hours waiting (yea.. I know) was I on my way. the busdrivers here are awesome.. they curse at anything LoL. anyway this one sent me in the wrong direction the only sure thing was the Galleria (stores) so with me finally finding that again I could go too the b&b.
tuesday: THE TOWER BABY!! Yep today is Tower day. first I stopped on Bakerstreet were there was a tiny little Sherlock Holmes museum was. then I found the hop-bus and went too The Tower Of London!! a tour guid man just started talking so I followed him for abou an hour he ended in a church were there were 4 very old dusty flags hanging on the left side, I just stared at those 4 flags. so old but still so beautiful.. at the same time it gave me a Disney's Bedknobs and Broomsticks feeling. I had the same feeling when I was in the room with the suit of armour all lined up LoL. I also loved the name: the Bloody Tower.. it has a nice ring too it. the crown jewels were amezing!! no one said a words when they saw them. well after seeing the whole Tower I went back too the b&b.
wednesday: today is a sad day.. how can I leave the country I luv? were I always wanted too go and now ive been here I dont wanna leave. today is really a sad day.
thursday: 3:57 in the morning.. I wake up 3 minutes before the alarm clock. well I went too bed at 9.30 after packing and now im getting dressed, after that I brought the suitcase down.. the first set off stairs are tricky cause there is no light, the second are easier. after the suitcase I went back up for my handbag and coat. 4:50 waiting for the taxi... getting a bit jumpy cause it has too be here in time and at the second my mobile went too 5:00 the taxi arrived.and after lots off waiting I was in a plane by 7:55. flying by day is great too! the world looks like an antfarm from upthere anf flying thru the clouds was just amazing too see. back at Rotterdam Airport I saw my mum! she and Dick (its a normal name in Holland) picked me up and drove me home... weird I thought I would be happier seeing my mum. all I could think about was what im going too see next time I was in the UK.... well that was my week =)
